That country house, in Loc. Montiniro, for centuries livelihood of our great-grandparents, grandparents, fathers, with farms to produce excellent meat and tasty cheeses, nowadays transformed into a source of clean energy.
Since I was a child, in my long walks with my grandparents along the vineyards that surround the house, I dreamt of making something new and "clean", which reflected that healthy environment, home of generations of farmers and shepherds.
Everything has been made with great satisfaction, thanks to the design and realization by the company 9 Energie  in Civitella Roveto of the roof with a photovoltaic system, which now allows “Lo Scoiattolo Srl" to use "clean" energy, in our laboratories at Via Vigna Vecchia, place of production and processing of local produce.
The plant went into operation at the end of August of 2012, and it will avoid the emission of 2,370 tonnes of CO2, preferring to maintain 270 trees per year and providing about 3,720 KW of energy per year, for over 35 years.
The latest demonstration that nature gives us something, ”Lo Scoiattolo Srl” enhances it.
